About the jaw crusher Maintenance
(1) When the crusher operates normally, material feeding can start afterwards.
(2) To be crushed materials should be evenly added into the crushing cavity, and should avoid feeding from side, in order to prevent sudden load change or sudden increasing of unilateral load.
(3) Under normal circumstances, the maximum temperature of the bearing should not exceed 75℃, otherwise, shut down the machine immediately, find out causes and be fixed.
(4) Before stopping the machine, the operation of material feeding should stop at first, when crushed materials are discharged completely from the crushing cavity, may shut down the power.
(5) If the machine stops caused by obstruction of materials inside the crushing cavity while in operation, please shut down the power immediately. The machine can be restarted after having discharged the materials.
(6) The head of the jaw plate is replaceable when it is worn.
