The preparation before stone crushing plant starting of DESEN Jaw Crusher
a) The preparation before starting:
(1) Inspect each bearing to ensure whether it lubricates well, and whether there is enough lubricating grease on the toggle plate joints and bearing inners.
(2) Check carefully whether all fasteners are totally fastened.
(3) Check whether the drive belt is under good condition, and change the belt if any damages can be found. When there is grease contamination on the belt or bell wheel, it can be clean up with a clean dishcloth.
(4) Check whether the protective device is under good condition, if there are any unusual events and safety hazards conditions, should correct them and report.
(5) Check whether there are any ore or other impurities inside the crushing cavity.
b) The starting of the crusher
(1) After inspecting the machine and transmission parts are under good condition, the machine may starts.
(2) This machine can only start under empty load conditions.
(3) After having started the machine, shut down the machine if there is any unusual event happens. After having found out the causes and fixed, the machine may restarts.

DESEN Jaw Crusher Lubrication
In order to guarantee the regular operation and extend the use life of the machine, users should carry regular maintenance to this machine.
(1) Pay attention to the lubrication of the rubbing surface frequently, it ensures the regular operation and use life extension of the machine.
(2) The lubricating grease used for this machine should be applied according to several factors, such as the operating position of machine, the temperature and so on. Generally calcium base grease or calcium-sodium base grease is adopted.
(3) The amount of lubricating grease added into the bearing block is 50%-70% of the volume, and must be replaced once every three months. Make sure clean up with clean gas or kerosene when replacing each time.
(4) The lubrication grease muse be injected on the joint of toggle plate and toggle plate gasket before the machine starts.

About the jaw crusher Maintenance
(1) When the crusher operates normally, material feeding can start afterwards.
(2) To be crushed materials should be evenly added into the crushing cavity, and should avoid feeding from side, in order to prevent sudden load change or sudden increasing of unilateral load.
(3) Under normal circumstances, the maximum temperature of the bearing should not exceed 75℃, otherwise, shut down the machine immediately, find out causes and be fixed.
(4) Before stopping the machine, the operation of material feeding should stop at first, when crushed materials are discharged completely from the crushing cavity, may shut down the power.
(5) If the machine stops caused by obstruction of materials inside the crushing cavity while in operation, please shut down the power immediately. The machine can be restarted after having discharged the materials.
(6) The head of the jaw plate is replaceable when it is worn.
